Beyond learning life saving self defense techniques, we teach lessons that are equally important that go beyond just kicks and punches. A recent study found that the # 1 determining factor in one's success in life is your ability to FOCUS. This is the essence of the Self Perfection side of our art. Every day, we are teaching students to find a balance of the MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT. With a centered, focused mind, a healthy, stong body and an attitude that I can do anything I put my mind to, the sky is the limit.
